The Graffiti input area for letters, characters and numbers
As previously mentioned in previous postings Graffiti 2 application and Memo Pad application, in order for the Graffiti 2 software to correctly and accurately recognize your strokes, you’ll need to do the strokes in the designated areas or else it will be recognized for something else.
Entering alphabetical letters (small case)
To input alphabetical small case letters, you are restricted to inputting the stroke in the left box area where it’s bordered by the the Clock at the top and ABC at the bottom. This area is indicated by the yellow box in the image below

Inputting numbers and symbols
To input numbers and symbols, you are restricted to inputting the stroke in the right box area where it’s bordered by the brightness at the top and 123 at the bottom. This area is indicated by the red box in the image below.

To input alphabetical capital letters, you will need to input the graffiti stroke overlapping the middle border line between the box for the letters and numbers. This area is indicated in the image below by the cyan box.

This concludes all that I can discuss with regards to the Graffiti/Silkscreen area, explaining what the symbols and icons mean and what they do. I hope you enjoyed reading this posting and that I’ve helped you understand the Palm a little bit better.
