How To Series: Show Upcoming Calendar Events In Treo Phone Application

Display a line of Calendar appointment in your Phone application

Calendar display in Treo phone application

You can customize your Treo by adding a Calendar in the Phone application so that when you open up the Phone program, you can have a line of space to display upcoming events from your calendar. This can be a handy reminder for those who don’t mind an extra help remembering appointments.

To display a line of Calendar appointment in the Treo Phone application, you’ll have to give up a line (or two Favorites buttons). Only one line of the Calendar appointment or entry can be displayed. You can still access the remainder of the hidden Favorites buttons by using the five way navigator to scroll through the list.

Keep in mind that many people have mentioned that having this feature in the Phone has caused some conflicts or reset problems. If you start getting problems and resets shortly after enabling this feature, disable it.
