Hmm. It looks like Audible is offering different free listens for those with paid subscriptions and those without. I will mention the one available for non-subscribers. If you are a paid Audible subscription subscriber, you may discover a different free audible listen with the link. So, consider that a bonus.
You can take advantage of a special introductory offer of joining Audible’s AudibleListener Gold membership for $7.49 for the first three months (Get an Audiobook for FREE each month) plus 30% off all audiobooks and programs and samples. Or join the other Audible membership plans that offer discounts on a yearly basis. More details on the promotions and the membership plans available can be found at my posting on Audible.
Unlike a lot of the other free Audible files, the weekly free listen is a streaming audio file. You don’t add the free file to your cart and check out like you normally do.
Simply click on the Play icon (right pointing triangle) in the Flash player (of course, you’ll need to have Macromedia/Adobe Flash enabled on your browser) to listen to the file.
The file is normally in mp3 format.
