Palm Discovery would like to extend a BIG THANKS to Donna and Richard for providing a trial product for this review.
As with many of my device reviews, this review will be broken down into several parts to make it easier to read.
In Part 1, I will be going over the basics and specs of the device
In Part 2, I will be providing the video reviews that go over the platform and software
In Part 3, I will provide my observations and final thoughts.
We are in Part 2, where I will be providing pictures of the product and the multi-part video reviews to help provide you with a better idea of what the device is like.
Here are some pictures of the Nokia N810 Internet Tablet device. Missing in the picture is the charging cable with Kensington world AC adapter since my review unit is a Euro version with Netherlands keyboard layout.

Here are some pictures I’ve taken with the cameras from the Nokia N810 Internet Tablet, Treo 650 and Treo 750. Click on the images for a bigger picture. I have not touched any of them in any way.

Unfortunately, due to the difficulty in orienting the N810’s front facing camera, it is extremely difficult to align and frame the image without a lot of time and effort. Thus, that is why the N810’s picture isn’t as well framed or centered or level as the other pictures. Also, the color and the camera’s inability to capture images under less bright conditions are points that I have noted which affect my overall view of the device.
This concludes Part 2 of a three part series on the Nokia N810 Internet Tablet where I’ve provided a bit more info into the software and the Linux based Maemo OS2008 platform. I will be providing my observations and final thoughts of the device in Part 3.
